FiberBooks: the broadband back office.

A finished NetSuite product, built specifically for how ISPs actually run.

FiberBooks is coming in 2027.

We're building FiberBooks now with a small group of design partners: ISPs whose real operations shape the product before release. General availability follows in mid-2027.

Request Early AccessEarly access starts with a walkthrough of FiberBooks with our team.

Built for broadband. Ready to run.

For more than five years we have implemented NetSuite for ISPs. We have seen the problems and the pitfalls, and we know what works. FiberBooks puts all of it into one standardized product: capitalization rules, Part 32 accounts, CPE lifecycle, grant compliance, and cost routing arrive already built.

“Most NetSuite implementations start from a blank canvas. FiberBooks starts finished.”

New to NetSuite, or already running it.

New to NetSuite

We set up your NetSuite account with FiberBooks already built into it, so you start with a working back office.

Already on NetSuite

We review your account first, then install FiberBooks and test it on a sandbox copy. Your production account isn't touched until you say so.

Every grant dollar, tracked to the build.

BEAD, ReConnect, and state programs each come with award balances, match obligations, and reimbursement rules. FiberBooks tracks them against the builds they fund, so your spend is audit-ready and draw requests come out of the system.

Balances and match

Award balances and match obligations stay current as the work is done.

Spend by funding source

Grant, match, and your own capital are tracked separately, so spend is audit-ready.

Draw requests

Draw requests come out of the system, not a spreadsheet.

BABA on the record

Parts carry their BABA certification, so the record is there when a funder asks.

The rest of the back office, already built for broadband.

Automated Cost Classification

Every cost is classified for you: tied to a capital project, given its asset type, or expensed when it can't be tied to one with confidence. Items that serve more than one use are classified by how they are used on the job. Anything still ambiguous goes to a visible queue, never dropped and never guessed at.

Network Assets & Capitalization

Capitalization is organized around the Network Build, a record that lives from planning, before the asset exists, through its years in service to retirement. Costs gather on the build as the work happens, and the asset is proposed from it when construction completes. It stays attached to that asset for the rest of its life.

CPE & Equipment Fleet

Every device is tracked from receipt through deployment, redeployment, and return. A bad batch shows up as a pattern before it becomes a flood of truck rolls, and true unit cost weighs price against redeployment cycles.

Procure to Pay

The people closest to the spend approve it. PO-backed bills clear automatically by three-way match, and vendor bills that cover more than one company split by rule, so each company pays its share with nothing to reconstruct at audit.

What crews scan and consume becomes the ledger.

Inventory and network assets, from receiving to the jobsite. One mobile app serves warehouse associates and field technicians alike. It arrives with everything you need to start fast: scanners, label printers, labels, and more.

Receiving to jobsite, one scan at a time

Receiving, staging, loading, unloading, consuming, and deploying are all built around a scan. Tap once to confirm, and the cost posts to the right project automatically.

Trucks stay in step

Move material from one truck to another and the transfer is recorded, so every truck's count matches what is actually on it.

One app, whole crew

Warehouse associates and field technicians use the same app, so everyone works from one set of counts. It runs on Zebra scanners.

Reels, bundles, and serials

Track a reel by its footage and equipment by its serial number. Bundles are a convenience: group a pull under one label and move it with a single scan.

One maintained link between operations and the books.

A purpose-built, supported connection between your BSS/OSS/FSM and NetSuite — owned and maintained by us, so your books and your operations stay in sync without anyone reconciling by hand.

Revenue and cash flow in

Billing revenue and cash post to the books automatically, so nobody reconciles by hand.

Equipment flows both ways

Equipment updates move between FiberBooks and your FSM or BSS/OSS in both directions, so each side has the current picture.

Popular platforms, prebuilt

Integrations for popular BSS and OSS platforms are built and ready to run, and the layer extends to what you adopt next.

Owned and maintained by us

One layer across every domain instead of a pile of brittle point-to-point integrations. You stop being the glue.

Turnover stops being a training project.

FiberBooks teaches itself. When people move on, the next hire picks up where they left off: training lives inside the product, so they learn their own job on the real screens — no trainer, no slide deck, no generic NetSuite course.

Courses for each role

Short lessons for the project manager, the warehouse manager, the buyer, the controller — so people learn the job they actually do.

Big picture first

Every course starts with how the whole process fits together, then works down into the steps.

Guided screen tours

Open the ? panel on any screen and it walks you through that screen, step by step, on the real thing.

A general course, too

An optional overview of FiberBooks as a whole. Nothing is required, and nothing gets in the way of the work.
